Frequently Asked Questions
How does Radarpilot read my calendar?
Radarpilot uses Apple's EventKit framework to access your calendar with your permission. Your calendar data is processed on-device and never sent to external servers.
Is my email data safe?
Yes. Your IMAP credentials are stored securely in the iOS Keychain. Email processing happens on your device using a local AI model. No email content is transmitted to our servers.
What data does Radarpilot collect?
Radarpilot collects minimal data: a device identifier for push notifications and anonymous engagement signals to improve humor pack quality. Your personal data (calendar, email, health) stays on your device.
How do push notifications work?
Radarpilot sends push notifications via Apple's Push Notification service (APNs). You can customise or disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion and removal of all associated data, email
support@radarpilot.me with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
The app isn't sending notifications.
Make sure notifications are enabled in Settings > Radarpilot > Notifications. Also check that Background App Refresh is enabled for Radarpilot.
How do I connect my email?
Open Radarpilot, go to the Email Setup screen, and enter your IMAP server details. For iCloud Mail, use imap.mail.me.com with an app-specific password generated at appleid.apple.com.
System Requirements
Radarpilot requires iOS 17.0 or later and an iPhone. The on-device AI model requires approximately 2 GB of storage.
Privacy
